Windows Openshift Action Pack
Openshift actions using the OC client
This action pack provides windows openshift actions using the oc client. Rollbacks have been implemented for some actions.
These actions presents a specific promptset for the backup and the rollback processes.
Each action has a logon and logout steps.
Most of the actions uses a yaml file as a parameter for creating and updating object in openshift.
The action pack works with openshift templates files for each type of object to create (buildconfig, deploymentconfi, service, route, secret...). These templates files should be "tokenized" with a specific delimiter for parameters (for example %%). These tokens should be replaced with their real values with an other action (one is present in the file manipulation action pack) before processed .
The different version of the oc client could have impact on the result of the actions. Be careful to use the one corresponding to your openshift version
Note (delsy02, 15 June 2018): A few days after the first publication of this Custom Action Pack, an officially supported Action Pack has been released.
The actions are the following:
- Apply change on resource (with resource backup and rollback)
- Create project (with resource delete rollback)
- Create resource from file (with resource delete rollback)
- Deploy Config
- Get resource status
- Set deployment config image
- Start Build
- Tag Imagestream
